Shipping

In-stock items ship from our facility in Lebanon, Pennsylvania within one business day of your order. Depending on backlog, an order can occasionally take two to three business days, and because of our early USPS pickup, USPS shipments may need one additional business day. If anything will take longer than that, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.

Every shipping method includes tracking. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your package is picked up and scanned by the carrier. We kindly ask that you wait two business days before contacting us about shipment status.

Enter your address carefully at checkout: an address that USPS cannot verify will delay your shipment. Ground shipping is free on orders over $250.

International orders: do not attempt to route around our shipping destinations through a freight forwarder. No refunds or reimbursements of any kind are made for customs or freight forwarding issues.

Backorders

Some of our products are made to order. An order that contains a backordered item ships when everything on the order is available; orders with all items in stock are unaffected. Current lead times are shown on each product page.

Returns & refunds

You may return any product within 30 days of receiving it. An RMA number must be obtained before returning an item: send us a message and we will issue one.

The item must be in new and unused condition. Returns received in used condition are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a defective product, we will supply a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at our expense once we receive the defective item.
